Grievance Redressal

These are the ways of registering your grievance:

  1. The bank's website has a separate link for expressing grievances, queries, or complaints pertaining to credit cards.

  2. Call IDBI Bank's 24x7 customer care number and ask the executive to register a complaint. The toll-free number is 1800 425 7600 and +91 - 22 - 4042 6013 is chargeable.

  3. Send an email to IDBI's customer care department with a detailed description of your complaint or query. Positively mention your Complaint ID, Credit Card number and contact number in the subject line. Send the mail to [email protected]

  4. In case you do not get any response within eight working days, or you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you can escalate the issue. Approach the Head - Credit Cards, between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays & between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Mention your Complaint ID when you approach the concerned person.

  5. In case you have not received a resolution or a response within thirteen working days or the solution provided is not up to mark, then escalate your concern to the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer. Please mention your Complaint ID. The Chief Grievance Redressal Officer is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays & between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Following are the details:
