  • Enter your Citibank Debit card number, CVV, birth date and address (along with your PIN code)

  • After a few seconds, an OTP will be generated on your phone number.
  • The next step will be to 'Authenticate Account Information' Enter the OTP received in the next step
  • Choose User ID for your net banking account
  • Now, click on 'Confirm and proceed to choose IPIN.'
  • After your User ID has been verified, you can select an IPIN of your choice.
  • Re-enter the PIN and then click on Confirm
  • Your screen will display a message showing that you have successfully created your User ID and IPIN.
  • You can use the credentials for logging in to your net banking account.
