  • Log in to the official website of Income Tax Department

  • Choose the nature of the complaint
  • Enter the acknowledgment number or PAN card number
  • Fill in personal details like name, date of birth, father's name, phone number, communication address etc
  • Fill in your email ID
  • Enter the date on which you applied for PAN
  • Explain the issue in detail and fill in any additional information linked with the issue

How to know the status of PAN Grievance

After submitting the PAN-related grievance, the individual will be given a coupon number that can be used to check the status of the grievance that is intimated by the PAN card holder.

The complainant has to login to the official website of Income Tax Department and enter the complaint/coupon number to check the status of their complaint.
