Registered mobile number
Visit the official website of BOB at www.bobibanking.com.
Click on the 'Retail User' option to reset the internet banking password.
Then, type your user ID and press ‘Enter.’
Now, a new webpage will open where you can see fields such as 'User ID' and 'Login password.' Below the Password field, there is a link that says 'Forgot Login password? Click Here.' Click on that link.
Now enter the correct answers to the security questions that you had earlier set during net banking registration.
Click on the 'Submit' button.
Next, you will have to provide your registered mobile number along with your Bank of Baroda account number. Now click on the 'Submit' button to receive OTP.
You will receive a One Time Password on your registered phone number. Enter that OTP in the box and click on 'submit'.
Now the 'Change Login Password' page will appear where you can create a new Login password. Confirm the new Login password by re-typing it and then click on the 'submit' button.
A confirmation message that states 'Login password changed successfully' will be displayed on the screen. Click on the 'OK' button to complete the reset password process.
Now, sign in to your Bank of Baroda net banking account with your new password.
Retail Users: If you are a retail user, then you can reset your transaction password in any of the ways mentioned below:
Visit a BoB branch and submit a 'Reset Password Form.'
Call on the toll-free numbers - 1800223344 or 18001024455
Corporate Users: Corporate customers can either contact a BOB branch to get the password, or email to ‘[email protected]’ from their registered email id.
