In Internet Banking, iBanking services of OBC have been introduced and are available to customers of all the branches through Centralized Banking Solutions(CBS). The customers can view their accounts from anywhere along with making transactions such as fund transfer(NEFT/RTGS), E-commerce within bank transfer, tax payments, etc. In mobile banking, customers can avail OBC mPAY either by online registration or by visiting the bank branch. The customer can also register without making any prior request. Through OBC mPAY customer can avail several facilities such as both intra and inter-fund transfer, cheque status, account statement, account balance, etc. Under the influence of Digital India, the bank has launched BHIM AADHAR OBC app, installed by merchants for taking payments from customers. It works on AEPS or Aadhar Enabled Payment System. National Payment Corporation of India made BHIM and dedicated its service to the nation. Oriental Batua app is another initiative taken by OBC for providing a convenient mode of bill payments.
