Guntakal is situated in the Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. The headquarter of the Anantapur revenue division and the Guntakal mandal is situated in this city. The J&K Bank is a State-owned banking and financial services company based in Srinagar, Jammu, and Kashmir. It was incorporated on October 1, 1938.
