The head office of the Tamilnad Bank is at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. For providing payment gateway services to the internet banking customers, TMB bank collaborated with BillDesk (India ideas.com), CCAvenue (Avenues India), SBI ePay, Atom Technologies and PayU India. It was the first old bank to supplying POS machines and introduce mobile banking to Customers. The bank had adopted a video conferencing facility for connecting with the Head Office, various Departments, and Regional offices. For its ATM operations, TMB bank is a member of National Financial Switch. The bank also introduced TMB e-passbook app as a part of its mobile banking operation.
