The Indian city of Gandhinagar is situated in the state of Gujarat. It is often referred to as the "Green city" or the "Ecopolite city." Gandhinagar is the capital of Gujarat and it lies on the bank of River Sabarmati. It functions as the administrative capital of Gujarat which was shifted to this newly built city from the city of Ahmedabad that continues to function as the commercial hub of the state. The Bandhan Bank get listed on the Bombay stock exchange. On 23rd August 2015, the Bandhan bank was launched by the Union Minister of Finance, Shri Arun Jaitley Ji in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. After a year, the first-anniversary celebration of Bandhan Bank was attended by the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee.
