The customer can make quick payments through the app.
It shares fund transfer receipts with the users.
You need your customer ID (unique identification code provided by the bank to you) and IPIN (net banking password) to log in. Alternatively, you can also set a four-digit Quick Access PIN (QAP) and enable a biometric login.
Here are a few steps that you need to follow:
Open the app and log in > Go to Menu > Tap on ‘Your Profile’ > Tap on ‘Security Center’ > Tap on ‘Change Password/IPIN.’
Enter the old IPIN/Password & new IPIN/Password.
Tap on ‘Confirm.’
The IPIN/Password is successfully changed now.
Customers will have to perform the following 5-steps to set the Quick Access PIN:
Enter your customer ID and registered mobile number and tap on ‘Continue.’
Enter your OTP.
Enter your debit card, PIN, and expiry date details.
Tap on ‘Continue.’
Enter your new 4-digit PIN and retype it to confirm.
You will receive an acknowledgment of successful registration of your Quick Access PIN.
