HDFC Bank is one of the top banks operating in India, providing online banking facility through HDFC Netbanking and mobile banking services. HDFC net banking facility helps account holders avail several services on-the-go.
You can register for HDFC net banking facility using the customer ID and IPIN, and you can find them in the welcome kit.
Step 1: First, download the NetBanking registration form or visit the nearest HDFC Bank branch.
Step 2: Then, fill in the form and submit it to the same HDFC branch.
Step 3: HDFC Bank will courier the IPIN and your customer ID to your mailing address.
Step 4: Visit the HDFC net banking portal to register for the first time via welcome kit.
Step 5: Enter your "Customer ID" to be found in the welcome kit as well as on your passbook and chequebook.
Step 6: Next, enter the IPIN from the welcome kit and click on "Login."
Step 7: On the next page, you will be required to provide the old password (IPIN), and then choose a new password for your HDFC net banking account and also confirm it.
Step 8: HDFC net banking password will be updated, and the account holder can login with the same.
Voila! You are done activating your HDFC net banking for the first time via welcome kit.
